RETURN & Refund Policy

At (“Site”, “we”, “Our”), we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below

Changed your mind or Did not like the product?

You may simply choose to return product if it’s in an unused, saleable condition, with its Price tags intact. You can ask for a replacement against this product.

Received a damaged product?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will arrange for the replacement or refund. Please send us an email on with an image of the damaged product.

Quality issue?

If you feel that the product doesn’t meet your expectation, you can ask for a replacement or refund provided the product is in a saleable condition.


Ordered a Goggle and received a Cap, Sorry for the unpleasant surprise. Inform us and we will arrange to collect the wrong product from you and reship the right product to you at the earliest

Didn't get the right size?

You needed a size larger or smaller product, Send us the product, let us know your requirement and we will arrange for a replacement.

Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage or misshipment, We will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of change in mind and you wish to return it – TYR would still replace the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

Please Note:

  • reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. Returns received for size must be received in new and unworn condition. All tags and labels must be attached.
  • All Refunds and Replacements should be claimed within 15 days of receipt of the product.
  • All the Refunds, Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our office.
  • Items purchased from an Authorized TYR dealer (Offline) must be returned to the place of purchase.

How to file a return request?

1. Fill in the necessary details here like the reason of return and action needed to be taken i.e. replacement, refund.

How will I get refunded?

Your replacement or credit will be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of the returned item at our office. Please allow 15 days for the credit to appear on your statement. In the event that a replacement item is not available a refund will be issued to your Credit/ Debit Card, Bank Account – Net banking, Cheque – COD; depending upon the mode of payment.
